浮法熔窑干式鼓泡器应用分析

摘　　要：玻璃熔窑鼓泡技术是玻璃熔化过程中一种强制性的助熔措施,由于其经济、安全和易于操作而被广泛应用于各种玻璃熔窑。基于浮法玻璃生产线熔窑实际工艺配置及熔化工艺,分析干式鼓泡器在浮法玻璃生产中的使用温度制度和日常维护方法,合理设置和使用,以改善熔化、澄清效果,提高产品产质量,降低熔化温度,节省能源消耗,延长窑炉使用寿命。The bubble technology in glass melting furnace is a mandatory aid measure in the process of glass melting. It is widely used in various glass melting furnace because of its economy, safety and easy operation. Based on the actual process configuration and melting technology of melting furnace in float glass production line, the temperature schedule and daily maintenance methods of dry bubbler in float glass production as well as reasonably sets and uses of the schedule and maintenance are discussed in order to improve melting and clarifying effect, upgrade product quality, reduce melting temperature, save energy,and extend the service life of furnace.
