摘  要:交流特高压电力电子式可控避雷器(以下简称电力电子式可控避雷器)作为一种响应快、性能优异、可靠性高的新型可控避雷器,通过电力电子开关灵活控制避雷器可控单元的接入和退出,以动态调整避雷器整体伏安特性,大幅降低残压、深度抑制特高压系统操作过电压的目的,可取消断路器合闸电阻,提高系统经济性与可靠性。在持续运行电压下,杂散电容会引起特高压避雷器轴向电位分布严重不均,而电力电子式可控避雷器由于可控单元并联了电力电子开关而引入了固有结电容,使得避雷器非控单元电位分布进一步劣化,电位分布优化更加复杂。因此,必须开展对电力电子式可控避雷器电位分布特性及优化研究。基于有限元法,论文建立了电力电子开关模型与避雷器本体模型,并通过测试结果比对验证了模型有效性;基于该仿真模型,获得了电力电子式可控避雷器电位分布特性,提出了均压电容差异配置原则,有效改善了电力电子式可控避雷器的电位分布,为后续样机的研制及结构优化提供了参考依据。As a new type of controllable arrester with fast response,excellent performance and high reliability,the AC UHV power electronic controllable arrester(referred to as the power electronic controllable arrester)flexibly controls the access and exit of the controllable unit of the arrester through the power electronic switch,so as to dynamically adjust the overall voltage-current characteristic of the arrester,greatly reduce the residual voltage and suppress the operating overvoltage of the UHV system.It can cancel the closing resistance of the breaker and improve the reliability of the system.Under the continuous operating voltage,stray capacitance will cause serious uneven axial potential distribution of UHV arrester,while the power electronic controllable arrester introduces the inherent junction capacitance due to the parallel connection of controllable units with power electronic switches,which further deteriorates the potential distribution of non-controlled units of the arrester and makes the optimization of potential distribution more complex.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the potential distribution characteristics and optimization of power electronic controllable arrester.Based on the finite element method,the power electronic switch model and the arrester body model were established,and the validity of the model was verified by comparing with the test results.From the simulation model,the potential distribution characteristics of power electronic controllable arrester were obtained,and the principle of differential configuration of voltage-sharing capacitance was proposed,which effectively improves the potential distribution of power electronic controllable arrester,and provides reference for the development and structural optimization of subsequent prototypes.
