摘  要:氧化锌避雷器简称为MOA,为电力系统中的电气设备提供了保护,其与过往使用的碳化硅阀片对比起来,氧化锌避雷器阀片具有更好的非线性,在大电流下阀片两端的电压被限制一个较低值上,同时通过这种方式将大量的能量释放。进而作为保护设备,MOA的安全可靠性则变得尤为重要,然而目前对于MOA的通流指标检测采用的是抽样方波筛选检测,此种方法具有一定的局限性,检测的准确性较差,且容易漏检。为克服以上缺点,本研究通过对同一厂家提供的单一规格双面未镀铝的阀片进行局部U1mA在不同程度缺陷下的实验记录测量,探究其二者之间的关系;以及对同一批次的生产双面未镀铝前的4片阀片进行检测,并进行了通流实验。Zinc oxide lightning arrester,referred to simply as MOA,provides protection for the device in the power system,compared with the silicon carbide valve plate used in the past,the zinc oxide lightning arrester valve plate has a better nonlinearity,the voltage at both ends of the valve plate at high currents is limited to a lower value,and in this way a large amount of energy is released.As a protective device,the safety and reliability of MOA becomes particularly important,however,the current index detection for MOA is using sampling square wave screening detection,this method has certain limitations,the accuracy of detection is poor,and easy to leak detection.In order to overcome the above shortcomings,the author explores the relationship between local U1 mAunder different degrees of defects by conducting local U1 mAunder different degrees of defects by the single-spec double-sided aluminum-plated valve plate provided by the same manufacturer,and tests the four valve plates before the production of double-sided un-plating in the same batch,and conducts a flow test.
