摘 要:研究了不同铝氧原料自身性能上的差异性,以及对于电瓷配方性能的影响。结果表明:工业氧化铝相对于铝矾土在自身性能上多方面存在明显优势,但也有部分性能稍显不足,其中包括颗粒细小易团聚,自身粘度高等,但是不同厂家生产的工业氧化铝表现程度不同。应用在电瓷配方中,二者使用效果差异性明显。通过化学成分、颗粒分布、显微结构、排水效果等测试手段进行性能参数表征,说明了铝矾土在配方的烧前性能具有优势,但烧成瓷后,应用工业氧化铝的电瓷配方性能更好,体现在试条的强度与瓷质的电气强度上。无釉试条强度可达到170MPa以上,瓷质的电气强度可达到35kV/mm以上。选择合适的工业氧化铝可以明显提高电瓷配方瓷质的机械强度,及其电气性能,对产品的综合质量提升有较大的帮助。It is mainly studied the difference of the properties of different alumina materials and the influence on the properties of the electric porcelain formula.The results show that compared with bauxite,alumina has obvious advantages in many aspects,but some of its properties are slightly insufficient,including fine particles,easy to agglomerate,high viscosity,but the performance of alumina produced by different manufacturers is different.When applied to the formula of electric porcelain,the difference between the two is obvious.The chemical composition,particle distribution,microstructure,drainage effect and other test methods are used to characterize the performance parameters.It is shown that bauxite has advantages in the pre firing performance of the formula,but after firing,the formula performance of the electric porcelain with alumina is better,which is reflected in the strength of the test bar and the electric strength of the porcelain.The strength of unglazed test bar can be over 170Mpa,and the electrical strength of porcelain can be over 35kV/mm.Choosing suitable alumina can improve the mechanical strength and electrical properties of the porcelain,which is helpful to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the products.
