摘  要:输电线路绝缘子在制造、运输安装及运行过程中不可避免地出现低值、零值等劣化现象,造成绝缘下降和丧失。文章通过研究1000kV特高压线路绝缘子典型零值缺陷,获得了零值绝缘子数量和分布规律。分析了劣化绝缘子造成电气造成绝缘性能下降的原因,给出了1000kV特高压线路串长设计中的主要控制因素。给出了基于污耐受法的绝缘子串长、基于操作过电压的最小间隙距离,并给出了满足电气安全运行的最低正常绝缘子片数。结合现有标准和实践中对于劣化绝缘子数量的要求,提出了相应的运维检修策略。In the process of manufacturing,transportation,installation and operation of transmission line insulators,low value,zero value and other deterioration phenomena will inevitably occur,resulting in insulation degradation and loss.The author analyzed the number and distribution of zero value insulators by studying the typical zero value defects of 1000kV UHV line insulators.The causes of electrical degradation of insulation performance caused by aging insulators are analyzed.Main control factors in the design of 1000kV UHV transmission line string length are given.The length of insulator string based on pollution withstand method,the minimum gap distance based on switching overvoltage,and the minimum number of normal insulators satisfying electrical safety operation are obtained.Combined with the requirements of the existing standards and operation experiences for the number of aging insulators,the corresponding operation and maintenance strategy is proposed.
