摘 要:为了研究伞裙破损对双串复合绝缘子电场分布的影响,以FXBW4-35/70型复合绝缘子组合成的双串复合绝缘子为研究对象,利用COMSOL软件建立双串复合绝缘子空间物理模型并进行仿真分析,通过改变伞裙破损位置、面积及数量分析其对双串复合绝缘子电场分布影响。结果表明:受相邻绝缘子电场的影响,伞裙完好时高压端和低压端处伞裙上表面电场强度衰减缓慢,边缘位置场强为10kV左右;当高压端和低压端位置处伞裙破损时,破损位置场强明显增大比完好时增大40%;伞裙破损面积越大表面电场畸变越严重;伞裙破损数量直接影响电场畸变次数,破损数量越多发生局部放电可能性越大。To study the influence of umbrella skirt damage on the electric field distribution of double string composite insulator,taking the double string composite insulator composed of FXBW4-35/70 composite insulator as the research object,the spatial physical model of double string composite insulator was established by COMSOL software,and the numerical simulation analysis was carried out.The influence on insulator electric field distribution was analyzed bychanging the umbrella skirt damage location,damage area and damage quantity.The results show that:affected by the electric field of adjacent insulators,the electric field intensity on the upper surface of the umbrella skirt at the high and low voltage ends decays slowly when the umbrella skirt is intact,and the electric field intensity at the edge position is about 10 kV;when the umbrella skirt at the high and low voltage ends is damaged,the electric field intensity at the damaged position increases obviously,which is 40%higher than that when the umbrella skirt is intact;the larger the damaged area of the umbrella skirt is,the more serious the electric field distortion on the surface of the umbrella skirt is.The more the number of damage,the greater the possibility of partial discharge.
