摘 要:提出一种新型的柱柱连接方式,其由上下方钢管柱、吊钩和弯板组成,上下柱之间无需焊接,能有效提高施工效率,缩短施工周期。对9个试件分别进行了抗拉试验研究,分析了荷载-位移和荷载-应变变化规律,得到了试件的破坏模式、延性性能和极限承载力。通过参数分析,得到了柱柱连接节点弯板厚度、弯板宽度、弯板长度、吊钩长度、钢筋直径、有无螺栓和弯板因素对柱柱连接节点承载力的影响。根据试验结果,针对所研究的柱柱连接节点提出了在实际工程中使用的合理化建议。A new type of column-column connection is proposed,which is composed of upper and lower steel tubular columns,hooks and bending plates.There is no need to weld between the upper and lower columns,which can effectively improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.The tensile tests of nine specimens were carried out,and the load-displacement and load-strain variation laws were analyzed.The design bearing capacity,ductility performance and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens were obtained.Through parameter analysis,the influence of bending plate thickness,bending plate width,bending plate length,hook length,rebar diameter,bolt and bending plate on the bearing capacity of column-column connection was obtained.According to the test results,some reasonable suggestions were put forward for the practical application of the column-column connections.
