摘 要:目的探讨双水平无创呼吸机高频振荡通气在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月期间我院收治的100例NRDS患儿,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组实施经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP),观察组接受双水平无创呼吸机高频振荡通气。比较两组的撤机成功率、血气指标、恢复相关指标。结果观察组7 d内撤机成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PaCO_(2)降低,PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)升高,且观察组PaCO_(2)低于对照组,PaO2、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组开奶时间、全肠喂养时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双水平无创呼吸机高频振荡通气应用于NRDS可提高撤机成功率,改善患儿的血气指标,减轻对其消化功能的影响。Objective To analyze the application effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation with bi level non-invasive ventilator in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods 100 NRDS children admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to drawing lots.The control group received nasal continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP),and the observation group received high frequency oscillatory ventilation with bi level non-invasive ventilator.The weaning success rate,blood gas indicators and recovery-related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The weaning success rate within 7 days of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaCO_(2) of the two groups decreased,and the PaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) increased(P<0.05);The PaCO_(2) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the PaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The milk opening time and total enteral feeding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High frequency oscillatory ventilation with bi level non-invasive ventilator applied in NRDS can improve the weaning success rate and blood gas indicators,and reduce the impact on the digestive function.
