摘  要:目的探讨子宫动脉临时阻断联合刮宫术治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月我院收治的95例CSP患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组接受刮宫术,观察组接受子宫动脉临时阻断联合刮宫术治疗。比较两组的手术指标、术后恢复情况。结果观察组术中出血量、大出血率、胚物残留率低于对照组,单次手术成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、β-hCG恢复正常时间、术后月经恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕憩室改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫动脉临时阻断术结合刮宫术治疗CSP可减少术中出血量,利于患者术后恢复,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of temporary uterine artery occlusion combined with curettage in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods 95 CSP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received curettage,while the observation group received temporary uterine artery occlusion combined with curettage.The operation indicators and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperrative blood loss,massive bleeding rate and embryo residue rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the success rate of single operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,β-hCG recovery time and postoperative menstrual recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of cicatricial diverticulum in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Temporary uterine artery occlusion combined with curettage in the treatment of CSP can reduce the intraoperative blood loss,which is beneficial to postoperative recovery,with higher safety.
