摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇在瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇引产中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月我院收治的74例瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇,随机分为观察组(n=37)与对照组(n=37)。对照组采用米非司酮联合利凡诺引产,观察组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇引产。比较两组孕妇的出血量、用药至宫缩发动时间、用药至胎盘娩出时间、引产成功率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的出血量低于对照组,用药至宫缩发动时间、用药至胎盘娩出时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组引产成功率为97.30%,高于对照组的81.08%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为8.11%,低于对照组的27.03%(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇对瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇引产成功率较高,可有效减少孕妇出血量,缩短产程,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in induced labor of pregnant women with scar uterus pregnancy.Methods 74 pregnant women with scar uterus pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group used mifepristone combined with rivanol for induced labor,and the observation group used mifepristone combined with misoprostol for induced labor.The blood loss,time from medication to uterine contraction,time from medication to placental delivery,success rate of induced labor and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the time from medication to uterine contraction and the time from medication to placental delivery were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of induced labor in the observation group was 97.30%,higher than 81.08%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.11%,lower than 27.03%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for induced labor in pregnant women with scar uterus pregnancy has higher success rate,and can effectively reduce the maternal blood loss,shorten the maternal labor process,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
