知信行护理联合共情护理对年龄相关性黄斑变性患者心理韧性、治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨知信行护理联合共情护理对年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)患者心理韧性、治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法将70例AMD患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予知信行护理联合共情护理,比较两组的心理韧性、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的心理韧性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组症状和视功能、身体技能、社会活动、心理状态评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论知信行护理联合共情护理可改善AMD患者的心理韧性,提高其治疗依从性和生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of knowledge-belief-practice nursing combined with empathic nursing on mental toughness,treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with age-related macular degeneration(AMD).Methods 70 AMD patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given knowledge-belief-practice nursing combined with empathic nursing on this basis.The mental toughness,treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the mental toughness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of symptoms and visual function,physical skills,social activities and psychological status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Knowledge-belief-practice nursing combined with empathic nursing can improve the mental toughness,treatment compliance and quality of life of AMD patients.
