摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作护理对心胸外科重症患儿术后并发症风险及营养状态的影响。方法将74例心胸外科重症患儿随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组采用多学科协作护理。比较两组的营养状态、术后并发症情况以及家属满意度。结果护理后,观察组的Hb、Alb、TRF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为8.11%,明显低于对照组的29.73%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.59%,明显高于对照组的70.27%(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理可改善心胸外科重症患儿的营养状态,降低术后并发症风险,提高患儿家属的护理满意度。Objective To explore the influence of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the risk of postoperative complications and nutritional status of critically ill children in cardiothoracic surgery department.Methods 74 critically ill children in cardiothoracic surgery department were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing.The nutritional status,postoperative complications and satisfaction degree of families were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Hb,Alb and TRF levels of the observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.11%,significantly lower than 29.73%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 94.59%,significantly higher than 70.27%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can improve the nutritional status of critically ill children in cardiothoracic surgery department,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of families.
