摘　　要：目的探讨问题解决护理模式(ADOPT)对子宫肌瘤患者自我效能及遵医行为的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用ADOPT模式。比较两组的自我效能、心理弹性及遵医行为。结果干预后,两组的自我效能、CD-RISC各项评分均升高,且观察组自我效能、CD-RISC各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组MMAS-8评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ADOPT模式可提高子宫肌瘤患者的自我效能,增强其心理弹性水平,并提高其遵医行为。Objective To explore the influence of problem-solving nursing mode(ADOPT)on self efficacy and compliance behavior of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods 100 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given ADOPT mode.The self efficacy,resilience and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self efficacy and CD-RISC in the two groups increased,and the scores of self efficacy and CD-RISC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MMAS-8 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions ADOPT mode can improve the self efficacy of patients with hysteromyoma,enhance the psychological resilience and improve the compliance behavior.
