摘　　要：新型智慧城市大脑赋能城市从单一的信息化向融合的智慧化发展,是城市发展到一定阶段的必然产物。研究发现,新型智慧城市大脑的演进是依托新技术的要素升级和集成创新;是实现城市数据融通、能力共享的核心枢纽;是驱动城市治理、民生服务、数字经济、数字政务发展的重要工具。文章主要就新型智慧城市大脑总体架构、实施路径及运营模式加以阐述,着重针对总体架构的数据中枢和能力中枢建设进行探究。The new smart city brain empowers the city to develop from single informatization to integrated intelligence.which is an inevitable cutcome of the city's development to a certain stage.The analysis shows that the evolution of the new smart eity brain is based on the upgrading of elements and integrated innovation of new technologies.It is the core hub for urban data integration and capacity sharing.It is an important tool to drive the development of urban governance.livelihood services,digital economy and digital government.This paper mainly expounds the overall architecture,implementation path and operation mode of the new smart city brain,focusing on the construction of the data center and capacity center of the overall architecture.
