摘  要:开展学习支持服务是高校图书馆顺应社会需求与高等教育高质量发展而生的新职能,要求馆员不仅具备科技信息管理方面的专业知识和能力,还需具备更高的综合素质。日本千叶大学图书馆为了适应新的发展趋势和要求,以学术链接中心为基地,以提升学习支持服务专业馆员综合素养为抓手,实施学习支持服务专业馆员发展计划。文章对其“馆员能力评价标准”涉及的能力项目、能力水平及实施的课程模块进行了详细介绍,以期为我国高校图书馆开展学习支持服务及专业馆员综合素养提升提供借鉴。Teaching and learning support services are a new function assigned to university libraries in response to the needs of society and the high-quality development of higher education.In the context of the changing functions of university libraries,libraries should be fully involved in talents cultivation in education.Librarians should not only have professional knowledge and ability in science and technology information management,but also have higher requirements for their comprehensive competency improvement.The professional level of the librarians supports the high-quality development of librarianship.To adapt to the new development trends and requirements,the Chiba University Library in Japan,based on the Academic Link Center,has implemented a development program for the professional librarians of teaching and learning support services with the aim of improving the comprehensive competency of the librarians in teaching and learning support services.This study gives a detailed introduction to the competency items,competency levels and implemented curriculum modules involved in the“Staff Competency Evaluation Criteria”,aiming to provide references for the development of teaching and learning support services and the improvement of comprehensive competency of professional librarians in university libraries in China.
