摘  要:为探究多胞元液舱结构对爆炸载荷的防护效能,提出了内凹多胞元液舱结构,建立了常规液舱结构、内凹多胞元液舱结构的三维数值模拟模型,比较了两类结构在不同强度的爆炸载荷作用下的响应和防护特性,讨论了充液方式变化对多胞元液舱结构抗爆效能的影响。结果表明:在爆炸载荷作用下,完全充液液舱结构的前、后面板均呈现出与爆轰方向一致的弯曲变形,其余外侧面板呈现出向结构外部的弯曲变形,部分充液液舱结构的变形形貌与充液位置有关;在对结构进行完全充液时,内凹多胞元液舱结构的抗爆效能优于常规液舱结构;在对结构进行部分充液时,于近爆端进行部分充液的内凹多胞元液舱结构的抗爆效能优于常规液舱结构,于远爆端进行部分充液的内凹多胞元液舱结构的抗爆效能劣于常规液舱结构。In order to investigate the anti-explosive performances of multicell liquid cabin structures, a concave multicell liquid cabin structure was designed, and the three-dimensional numerical simulation models of the conventional liquid cabin structure and the concave multicell liquid cabin structure were established. The responses and protection characteristics of these two types of structures under the action of explosion shock wave loads of different strength were compared, and the influence of the liquid filling method on the protection effectiveness of the multicell liquid cabin structures was discussed. The results show that: under blast impact load, the panels near and far from the blast of the fully filled liquid cabin structure show bending deformation in line with the direction of the blast, while the rest of the outer panels are bent and deformed toward the outside of the structure. The deformation morphology of the partially filled liquid cabin structure is related to the filling position. When the structure is completely filled with liquid, the anti-explosive performance of the concave multicell liquid cabin structure is better than that of the conventional liquid cabin structure. When the structure is partially filled with liquid in the side near the explosion, the anti-explosive performance of the concave multicell liquid cabin structure is better than that of the conventional liquid cabin structure, while the anti-explosive performance of the concave multicell liquid cabin structure, when it is partially filled with liquid in the side away from the explosion, is inferior to that of the conventional liquid cabin structure.
