基于党建引领理念的高校“三全育人”路径研究

摘　　要：高校的立身之本在于立德树人,全面贯彻党的教育方针,要解决好高校“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题。通过对高校基层党建引领“三全育人”的建设优势分析,提出了高校基层党建引领“三全育人”的逻辑进路,并以某211高校二级学院(机械学科)党委为例,展示了高校基层党建引领“三全育人”的实践探索,以期取得打通“三全育人”“最后一公里”的有效思路与可实践路径。The foundation of colleges and universities is to establish morality and cultivate people, fully implement the Party’s educational policy, and solve the fundamental problem of "who, how, and for whom to cultivate people" in colleges and universities. Through the research on the construction advantages of the "holistic education" led by the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the logical path of the "holistic education" led by the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities,and takes the party committee of a secondary college(mechanical discipline) in a 211 university as an example to show the practical exploration of the "holistic education" led by the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities, so as to obtain an effective idea and practical path to get through the "last mile" of the "holistic education".
