摘　　要：目的探讨患者感恩行为对护士创造力的影响以及护士反馈寻求行为的中介作用和护士年龄的调节作用,为引导急诊护士创造力的提升,提高护理团队创新能力提供参考。方法采用调查问卷收集数据,通过问卷星系统设计和推送调查问卷,采用一般资料调查表、患者感恩量表、反馈寻求行为量表及员工创造力量表对6家公立医院的全体急诊科护士进行问卷调查,得到152个有效样本,并采用多元线性分层回归、简单斜率分析及Bootstrap检验等方法进行数据分析。结果护士创造力得分为(4.55±1.04)分,处于中等偏上的水平;患者感恩行为正向影响反馈寻求行为和护士创造力,反馈寻求行为在患者感恩与护士创造力关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.2663,占总效应的50.97%;护士年龄负向调节患者感恩与反馈寻求行为的正向关系,调节作用值为-0.03。结论患者感恩行为促进了护士的反馈寻求行为,进而促进护士的创造力;同时患者感恩对年轻护士反馈寻求行为的促进作用大于对年长护士的促进作用。Objective To explore the influence of patients’gratitude behavior on nurses’creativity,the mediating role of nurses’feedback-seeking behavior,and the moderating effect of nurses’age,so as to provide a reference for improving the creativity of emergency nurses and the innovation ability of nursing teams.Methods Questionnaires were used for data collection.The questionnaires were designed and delivered through the online platform WJX.cn.The general information questionnaire,patient gratitude scale,feedback-seeking behavior scale,and staff creativity scale were used to survey all emergency department nurses in 6 public hospitals.Totally 152 valid responses were obtained.Multivariate linear stratified regression,simple slope analysis,and Bootstrapping were used for data analysis.Results The score of nurse creativity was 4.55±1.04,which was at the upper-middle level.Patients’gratitude behavior positively influenced feedback-seeking behavior and nurse creativity.The Feedback-seeking behavior played a partially mediating role in the relationship between patient gratitude and nurse creativity,with a mediating efect value of 0.2663,which accounted for 50.97% of the total effect.Nurse’s age negatively regulated the positive relationship between patient gratitude and feedback-seeking behavior,and the regulating effect value was-0.03.Conclusions Patients’gratitude behavior promotes nurses’feedback-seeking behavior,which further boosts nurses’creativity.In addition,such a promoting effect is more obvious among young nurses than in older nurses.
