行业特色高校仪器设备共享促进学科交叉融合路径研究

摘　　要：仪器设备共享是促进学科交叉融合的重要途径.相较于综合性大学,行业特色高校学科专业设置相近,科学研究方向相近,仪器设备更容易出现低水平重复购置和低效能使用管理;主要原因在于主动共享的意愿不强,支持共享的激励不足,促进共享的机制不活,支撑共享的队伍不专.仪器设备共享不到位影响了学科交叉融合不深入,要通过组织建设、平台建设、制度建设、队伍建设等路径推动仪器设备共享提质升级,进而为学科交叉融合提供有力支撑.The sharing of instruments and equipments is an important way to promote interdisciplinary integration.Compared with comprehensive universities,universities with industry characteristics have similar disciplines and research directions,and the problem of low-level repetitive purchase and low-efficient use and management of equipments is noticeable.The main reasons lie in weak sharing willingness,insufficient sharing incentives,inactive sharing mechanism,and lack of specialized sharing teams.Paths to promote sharing of instruments and equipments such as organization construction,platform construction,system construction,team construction are suggested to provide effective support for interdisciplinary integration.
