摘　　要：基于既有住宅改造的现实需求,探讨城市既有住宅在空间有限的情况下,如何利用动态化改造的设计手段,以灵活的内部空间布局来适应家庭结构的变化。对湖南长沙某小区既有住宅的实例进行了分析,综合住户家庭的现状条件及未来需求,提出了针对性的住宅动态化改造方案,并总结了具有可行性的动态化改造方法。Based on the realistic needs of existing housing retrofitting,it explores how to use dynamic renovation design tools to adapt to changes in household structure with flexible internal space layout in urban existing housing with limited space.An example of an existing dwelling in a district of Changsha,Hunan Province is analysed,and the current conditions and future needs of the household are integrated to propose a targeted dynamic renovation scheme for the dwelling,and a feasible dynamic renovation method is summarised.
