摘　　要：某单层砖柱厂房为20世纪70年代遗留老旧建筑,为了保留老旧建筑风貌同时确保其能够安全使用,老旧建筑的结构安全性检测鉴定尤为重要。通过现场调查、检测及验算分析,对某单层砖柱厂房进行结构安全性鉴定,对于类似的建筑检测鉴定及加固设计具有一定的意义。The paper indicates some single-floor brick-column workshop was the used building left in the 1970 s,clarifies the importance of the identification for the structural safety tests in order to retain its aged architectural view and ensure its safe use,and the structural safety identification is undertaken on some single-floor brick-column workshop by the field investigation,monitoring and calculation analysis,which is meaningful for other buildings’tests and consolidation design.
