摘  要:以公称直径65 mm的钛材浮动式球阀为研究对象,利用Abaqus软件对不同工况下钛阀的壳体强度进行了分析。对钛材球阀在管道拉弯荷载和介质压力共同作用下的壳体强度进行有限元分析,证明了球阀的强度和刚度满足设计要求。分析了倾斜、摇摆、高低温工况下球阀的应力分布情况,结果表明,上述工况对球阀的应力几乎没有影响。Taking the titanium floating ball valve with a nominal diameter of 65 mm as the research object,the housing strength of the titanium valve under different working conditions was analyzed by Abaqus software.The finite element analysis of the shell strength of titanium ball valve under the joint action of pipeline bending load and medium pressure proved that the strength and stiffness of the ball valve met the design requirements.The stress distribution of ball valve under tilting,rocking,high and low temperature conditions was analyzed,and the results showed that the above working conditions had almost no effect on the stress of ball valve.
