摘 要:钻孔灌注桩施工中,桩端嵌入持力层深度不足问题屡见不鲜,严重影响了端承桩承载力。采用桩端注浆加固地基土体是常用的处理方法技术,而在持力层上覆空隙地层的情况下,桩端后注浆存在浆液上流和持力层注浆量是否充实难以判断等问题,为此提出了一种隔离式高压充气和注浆同时进行的充气压浆桩端后注浆技术,可以保证和提高注浆范围及效果。经工程实践后表明:该技术思路原理科学合理,工序流程简单,操作便易,在注浆量减少的条件下,灌注桩桩端地基土体得到有效加固,灌注桩承载力提高,达到工程设计要求,成功解决了工程问题。In the construction of bored cast-in-place pile,the problem of insufficient depth of pile end embedded in bearing stratum is common,which seriously affects the bearing capacity of end bearing pile.It is a common treatment method and technology to use pile end grouting to strengthen foundation soil.When the bearing stratum is covered with void stratum,the problems of slurry upflow and whether the grouting amount of bearing stratum is sufficient are difficult to judge.Therefore,an isolated high-pressure inflatable grouting pile end post grouting technology with simultaneous grouting and grouting is proposed,which can ensure and improve the grouting range and effect.The engineering practice shows that under the condition of reducing the amount of grouting,the foundation soil at the pile end of cast-in-place pile is effectively strengthened,the bearing capacity of cast-in-place pile is improved,the engineering design requirements are met,and the engineering problems are successfully solved.The technical idea and principle are scientific and reasonable,the process flow is simple,and the operation is easy.
