摘 要:以一个果盘的造型为例,详细讲述UG NX12.0的基于表达式的参数化建立、规律曲线创建等功能,创建复杂的果盘边沿起伏曲线,再通过曲面功能进行果盘的复杂曲面建模。通过UG表达式参数化建模,可以快速创建一些特殊曲线,然后根据曲线创建出特殊曲面,并通过曲面构建出形状特殊的实体。通过UG表达式的灵活运用,可以快速地提高特殊曲面产品的设计效率,缩短整个生产周期。UG表达式参数曲线建模为复杂的曲线的创建和曲面的建模提供快速的方法和手段,帮助设计工程师提高产品的设计效率,降低了设计工程师的设计难度和劳动强度。Taking the modeling of a fruit plate as an example, this paper describes in detail the functions of UG NX12.0’s expression-based parametric establishment and regular curve creation, creating complex edge undulating curves of the fruit plate, and then modeling the complex surface of the fruit plate through the surface function. Through the parametric modeling of UG expressions, some special curves can bequickly created, and then creating special surfaces based on the curves and building entities with special shapes from the surfaces. Through the flexible use of UG expressions, the design efficiency of special curved products can be quickly improved, and the entire production cycle can be shortened. UG expression parametric curve modeling provides fast methods for the creation of complex curves and surface modeling,helping design engineers to improve product design efficiency and reducing the design difficulty and labor intensity of design engineers.
