摘  要:水平井桥塞射孔联作分压工艺首段一般采用连续油管传输射孔,存在施工费用高、作业时间长、特殊井况连续油管无法下入等问题。趾端阀与油层套管连接入井,通过井口憋压方式开启后即可进行首段压裂作业。2019年起新疆油田累计应用水平井首段趾端阀技术50口井,单井节约连续油管射孔费用50%,缩短作业时间1~2 d。应用结果表明,该技术是降低油田开发成本的一种有效手段,同时可以解决深井长水平段连续油管首段射孔作业能力不足的问题。Coiled tubing transmission perforation is generally used in the first section of the horizontal well bridge-plug perforation combined pressure partial pressure process, which has problems such as high construction cost, long operation time, and inability to run coiled tubing in special well conditions. The toe valve is connected to the oil layer casing into the well, and the first stage fracturing operation can be carried out after the wellhead is opened by holding back pressure.Since 2019, Xinjiang Oilfield has applied the toe valve technology in the first section of horizontal wells to 50 wells,saving 50% of the cost of coiled tubing perforation per well and shortening the operation time by 1 ~2 days. The application results show that this technology is an effective means to reduce the cost of oilfield development, and at the same time it can solve the problem of insufficient perforation capability in the first section of the coiled tubing in the long horizontal section of deep wells.
