摘  要:磁电式多圈绝对值编码器,通过变速齿轮箱实现不同减速比,结构布置紧凑,导致磁石间的间距小,不可避免地存在电磁干扰从而影响输出精度;为了克服现有技术中多圈绝对值编码器存在磁石间磁场相互干扰的问题,通过优化齿轮箱内磁石布置结构,轴向错开平面布置磁石。优化后编码器输出绝对误差下降52.8%,重复性精度比同一平面设计提高了4倍。The magnetoelectric multi-turn absolute encoder realizes different reduction ratios through the variable speed gearbox,and its structure is compact,resulting in a small distance between the magnets,which inevitably has electromagnetic interference and thus affects the output accuracy.The multi-turn absolute encoder has the problem of mutual interference of magnetic fields between magnets.By optimizing the magnet arrangement structure in the gearbox,the magnets are arranged in an axially staggered plane.After optimization,the absolute error of the encoder output is reduced by 52.8%,and the repeatability accuracy is 4 times higher than that of the same plane design.
