摘  要:为确定水泥环约束下的在役套管抗挤强度,基于有限元分析方法,研究分析了水泥环对套管抗挤强度的影响。结果表明,在地层无移动或无蠕变位移情况下,水泥环对外压作用下套管的变形有约束效应,可提高套管外压挤毁压力,且随着水泥环与套管之间的间隙增加,水泥环的增强效应逐渐减小至零。的研究成果为合理利用套管的剩余强度、延长老井套管柱剩余寿命提供了技术支持。In order to determine the anti-squeeze strength of casing tube in service under the restriction of cement ring,the paper studies the influence of cement ring on anti-squeeze strength of casing tubes based on finite element analysis.The results show that under the condition of stratum that has no movement and no peristaltic shift,cement ring has restrictive effect on the deformation of casing tube under the action of external pressure,and can improve external pressure of casing tubes against crushing pressure;and then with the increase of gap between cement ring and casing tubes,the enhancement of cement ring can gradually reduce to zero.This study provides technical support for rationally utilizing residual intensity of tubes and extending residual life of old well casing tubes.
