摘 要:现有水平井完井总表皮系数的计算方法,只把各区域的表皮系数直接相加,这样在计算生产井全寿命周期内的产能时会产生较大的误差。通过对海上油田筛管砾石充填防砂完井的表皮系数进行定量化分析,建立考虑各防砂层修正因子的总表皮系数模型,并结合现场的实验数据对固定及瞬时表皮系数进行分析。结果表明:(1)筛管在堵塞前后表皮系数的最大变化可达98.43%,且解堵周期对筛管类型的选择有着极为重要的影响;(2)加入修正因子后的表皮系数,其计算误差最小可为1.66%,误差范围最小可降低到4.59%。分析结果可为水平井防砂完井方式的选择与完井参数的优化设计、水平井增产措施提供依据。The existing calculation method of total skin coefficient of horizontal well completion only adds the skin coefficient of each area,which will produce large errors in calculating the productivity of production wells in the whole life cycle.Based on the quantitative analysis of the skin coefficient of screen gravel pack sand control completion in offshore oilfield,a total skin coefficient model considering correction factors is established,and the fixed and transient skin coefficients are analyzed combined with the experimental data of field methods.The conclusions are as follows.Firstly,the maximum change of skin coefficient of screen before and after blocking can reach 98.43%,and the unblocking period has a very important influence on the selection of screen type.Secondly,after adding the correction factor,the minimum calculation error of skin coefficient can be 1.66%,and the minimum error range can be reduced to 4.59%.The analysis results can provide basis for the selection of sand control completion mode of horizontal well,the optimization design of completion parameters and the stimulation measures of horizontal well.
