摘 要:利用天然菱铁矿,通过浸渍法改性制备新型钴改性菱铁矿催化剂,X射线衍射和扫描电镜表征测试显示其主要成分是Fe和Co,孔隙发达。构建钴改性菱铁矿电催化PMS(过一硫酸盐)体系处理油漆废水,单因素实验表明,催化剂投加量1.0 g/L,PMS投加量为0.8 g/L,pH=9,电流密度20 mA/cm^(2),极板间距2.0 cm,油漆废水COD去除率最高为83.2%。紫外可见光测试表明水样中芳香化有机高分子物质被降解,有机物的分子量减少,钴改性菱铁矿电催化PMS能够有效去除油漆废水中的有机物。A new type of catalyst was prepared by modifying natural siderite.The XRD and SEM test showed that its main components were Fe and Co, well-developed pores.Constructing a cobalt-modified siderite electrocatalytic PMS system to treat paint wastewater, the single factor test shows that the dosage of catalyst is 1.0 g/L,the dosage of PMS is 0.8 g/L,pH=9,current density is 20 mA/cm^(2),and the distance between plates is 2.0 cm.The highest COD removal rate from paint wastewater is 83.2%.The UV-Vis test showed that the aromatic organic macromolecular substances in the water samples were degraded, and the molecular weight of the organic substances was reduced.Cobalt-modified siderite electrocatalytic PMS can effectively remove organic matter from paint wastewater.
