摘  要:为改善水泥稳定碎石基层的温缩性能,将不同粒径、掺量的橡胶,以等质量等粒径的方式替换集料,制备了橡胶-水泥稳定碎石试件。通过击实试验、抗压强度试验和温缩试验,研究了不同橡胶粒径和掺量对水泥稳定碎石基层性能的影响,构建了其关系模型。结果表明,最佳含水率和最大干密度值随橡胶掺量的增加而降低;掺入橡胶,降低了水泥稳定碎石基层的抗压强度、温缩应变和温缩系数,且橡胶粒径越大、掺量越大,降低幅度越大;随温度降低,水泥稳定碎石基层温缩系数呈二次函数变化趋势先降低后升高;在满足现行规范强度的条件下,20目、40目和60目橡胶掺量分别不宜超过0.292%,0.631%和0.736%;相较于普通水泥稳定碎石基层,掺量为0.25%,0.5%,0.75%的20目橡胶-水泥稳定碎石基层累计温缩应变分别下降了5%,10.8%,18.4%。In order to improve the temperature shrinkage performance of cement-stabilized macadam base,rubber-cement-stabilized macadam specimens were prepared by replacing aggregates with rubber of equal mass and size.The influence of different rubber particle size and dosage on the performance of cement stabilized macadam base was studied by compaction test,compressive strength test and temperature shrinkage test.And the relationship model was constructed.The results show that the optimum moisture content and maximum dry density decreased with the increase of rubber content.The addition of rubber reduced the compressive strength,temperature shrinkage strain and temperature shrinkage coefficient of cement-stabilized machete base.And the decrease amplitude increased with the increase of rubber particle size and dosage.With the decrease of temperature,the temperature shrinkage coefficient of cement-stabilized macadam base decreased first and then increased as a quadratic function.Under the condition of meeting the strength of current specifications,the rubber content of 20 mesh,40 mesh and 60 mesh should not exceed 0.292%,0.631%and 0.736%,respectively.Compared with the common cement-stabilized macadam base,the cumulative temperature shrinkage strain of 20 mesh rubber-cement-stabilized macadam base with 0.25%,0.5%and 0.75%content decreased by 5%,10.8%and 18.4%,respectively.
