摘  要:通过酯化反应和酰胺化反应在癸酸、月桂酸的基础上引入了含氮硼酸酯基团,合成了CM-1、CM-2缓蚀剂,通过腐蚀失重、水接触角、电化学、量子化学方法研究了两种添加剂在330 mg/L的氯化钠溶液中对HT300灰口铸铁的缓蚀性能,探讨了吸附作用方式和缓蚀机理。结果表明,当质量浓度为0.5%时,CM-1和CM-2的缓蚀率分别达到了92.45%和89.56%,电化学表明该类添加剂是阳极型缓蚀剂,抑制了电荷的转移过程,吸附方式满足Langmuir单分子层吸附。量子化学表明既可以给Fe的3 d轨道填充电子形成配位键,也可以接受4 s轨道失去的电子形成反馈键,形成了双吸附中心。The CM-1 and CM-2 corrosion inhibitors were synthesized and the nitrogen-containing boronate group was introduced on the basis of capric acid and lauric acid through esterification reaction and amidation reaction.The corrosion inhibition performance of two additives on HT300 gray cast iron in 330 mg/L sodium chloride solution was studied by corrosion weight loss,water contact angle,electrochemical and quantum chemical methods,and the adsorption mode and corrosion inhibition mechanism were discussed.The results showed that when the mass concentration was 0.5%,the corrosion inhibition rates of CM-1 and CM-2 reached 92.45%and 89.56%,respectively.Electrochemical analysis shows that this kind of additive is an anodic corrosion inhibitor,which inhibits the transfer process of charge,and the adsorption method satisfies Langmuir monolayer adsorption.Quantum chemistry shows that the 3 d orbital of Fe can be filled with electrons to form a coordination bond,and the electrons lost from the 4 s orbital can be accepted to form a feedback bond,forming a double adsorption center.
