摘  要:含砷废水的处理是重要的环境安全问题,用巯基乙酸对凹凸棒石进行化学改性,采用X射线粉末衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜和元素分析等手段对巯基乙酸改性凹凸棒石做了表征,研究了其对砷(Ⅴ)的吸附行为。结果表明,当巯基乙酸与凹凸棒石的质量比为1∶10、浓硫酸的质量为总原料量的1.5%、在温度315 K下反应24 h,制备的巯基乙酸改性凹凸棒石中硫含量为0.54%。在pH为7.0和温度为298 K时,巯基乙酸改性凹凸棒石对砷(Ⅴ)的最大吸附容量为30.72 mg/g,吸附过程可用Langmuir模型较好模拟,吸附符合准二级动力学模型,吸附是由表面扩散和层间内扩散联合控制的。Treatment of waste water contained As(Ⅴ)is one of the significant environmental issues.Palygorskite was modified by thioglycolic acid and the samples were characterized by the methods of Fourier transforming infrared spectrum(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and elemental analysis(EA).The adsorption performance of thioglycolic acid modified palygorskite for As(Ⅴ)was studied.The sulfur in thioglycolic acid modified palygorskite is 0.54%under the synthesis conditions that the mass dosage ratio of thioglycolic acid to palygorskite is 1∶10,mass of H2SO4is 1.5%of total materials,the reaction temperature is 315 K and reaction time is 24 h.The adsorption capacity of thioglycolic acid to palygorskite for As(Ⅴ)can be reached to 30.72 mg/g at pH of 7.0 and temperature of 298 K.The adsorption can be availably simulated by Langmuir equation and meets the pseudo-second-order model.The adsorption process is controlled by surface diffusion and interlayer diffusion simultaneously.
