摘 要:采用微纳米气泡发生器通入空气配制聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液,探究了不同配液条件对溶液粘度保留率的影响规律,结合纳米颗粒跟踪分析仪和荧光光谱仪等表征手段分析了配液过程产生微纳米气泡并形成羟基自由基(·OH)的现象,考察了不同自由基捕获剂对溶液粘度保留率的影响。结果表明,在HPAM溶液配液过程中,由于机械搅拌会引入空气,造成溶液中产生大量微纳米气泡,而这些空气微纳米气泡较常规气泡更倾向于形成·OH,从而导致HPAM粘度损失更大。筛选出最优的自由基捕获剂为乙醇,当其浓度为150 mg/L,温度为60℃时,恒温老化7 d后,HPAM溶液粘度保留率为93.18%,比空白样品提高了72.35%。这为保证油田高效开发和稳定产出提供了一定理论基础。The polyacrylamide(HPAM)solution was prepared by introducing air into the micro-nano bubble generator,the effect of different injection conditions on the viscosity retention rate of HPAM solution was explored.And the phenomenon of micro-nano bubbles forming·OH in the injection process was analyzed by combining nanoparticle tracking analysis and fluorescence spectroscopy.Then,the influence of different types of radical scavengers on the retention rate of solution viscosity was investigated.The results showed that during the injection process of HPAM solution,due to the introduction of air by mechanical stirring,a large number of micro-nano bubbles are generated in the solution,and these air micro-nano bubbles are more inclined to form·OH than conventional bubbles,resulting in a greater loss of HPAM viscosity.And the optimal radical scavenger was ethanol.When its concentration was 150 mg/L and the temperature was 60℃,the viscosity retention rate of HPAM solution was 93.18%after 7 d of constant temperature aging,which was 72.35%higher than that of the blank sample.Therefore,the solution system maintains a good stabilization effect.This research can provide a certain theoretical basis for efficient oilfield development and stable production.
