摘 要:通过阳离子交换树脂进行脱盐,过氧化氢脱色,并结合纳滤系统对岩藻多糖粗品进行进一步纯化。结果表明,以阳离子交换树脂脱盐的最佳料液比为0.75∶1,过氧化氢脱色率为50.95%,纳滤系统脱盐率高达78.79%。制得的纯品进行各指标的测定,其中多糖含量为47.41%,水分含量为8.12%,灰分含量为25.09%,浓度为2.011 mg/mL的样品溶液其pH值为5.69,电导率为0.31 mS。该工艺流程适用于岩藻多糖制备的工业化生产。Desalting by cation exchange resin,decolorization by hydrogen peroxide,and further purification of crude fucoidan in combination with nanofiltration system.The results show that the optimal solid-liquid ratio of cation exchange resin desalination is 0.75∶1,the decolorization rate of hydrogen peroxide is 50.95%,and the desalination rate of nanofiltration system is as high as 78.79%.The obtained pure product was tested for various indicators.The polysaccharide content was 47.41%,the moisture content was 8.12%,the ash content was 25.09%,and the sample solution with a concentration of 2.011 mg/mL had a pH value of 5.69 and a conductivity of 0.31 mS.The technological process is suitable for the industrial production of fucoidan preparation.
