摘  要:将半干法脱硫灰用于湿法脱硫,研究了烟气温度、流量、SO_(2)浓度、液气比以及pH值对脱硫效率的影响,并与传统湿法脱硫剂石灰石进行对比,结果显示:脱硫效率随着烟气温度、流量及SO_(2)浓度的上升而下降,随着液气比及pH值的上升而上升。半干法脱硫灰具有90%以上的脱硫效率及较强的脱硫活性,与石灰石相比,脱硫效率的差值最大不超过5%,虽然脱硫有效时间减少但可通过多次加料进行弥补;半干法脱硫灰的掺配量不超过50%时可以满足脱硫效率不低于95%的排放指标,石膏含水率也保持在15%以内,可以很大程度上节省经济成本。Semi-dry desulphurization ash was used for wet desulphurization.The experiment mainly studied the influence of flue gas temperature,flow rate,SO_(2)concentration,liquid gas ratio and pH value on desulfurization efficiency.The results show that the desulfurization efficiency decreases with the increase of flue gas temperature,flow and SO_(2)concentration,and increases with the increase of liquid gas ratio and pH value.The semi-dry desulfurization ash has strong desulfurization activity.When it is applied to wet desulfurization,its desulfurization efficiency can exceed 90%.Compared with limestone,the difference of desulfurization efficiency is less than 5%.Although the effective time of desulfurization is reduced,it can be compensated by multiple feeding to extend effective desulfurization time.In the mixing ratio experiment,the desulfurization efficiency is not less than 95%when the content of semi-dry desulfurization ash is less than 50%,and the water content of gypsum is kept within 15%.It can save economic cost greatly.
