摘 要:建立了分散固相萃取结合液相色谱法测定汽油中13种含氮化合物的分析方法,研究吸附剂种类、上样和洗脱过程中的水相里的pH、洗脱条件等对模拟汽油中的含氮化合物富集效果的影响。结果表明,水辅助分散固相萃取提取汽油中含氮化合物的最佳条件为:用混合阳离子交换填料MCX为吸附剂,上样时水相的pH为3.5,洗脱液为含1%三乙胺的甲醇。在此条件下,当样品为100mL时,大多数含氮标样的富集因子在70.6~88.5之间,方法定量限在0.25~10μg/L。将该方法用于92#汽油样品中含氮物质的测量,发现了苯胺、间甲苯胺和N-甲基苯胺三种物质,其浓度分别为2.21,7.09,0.71 mg/L。Water assisted dispersive solid-phase extraction(DSPE)was established for the determination of 13 nitrogen compounds(NCs)in gasoline by liquid chromatography.The effects of adsorbent types,pH of water phase in loading,eluent type on the enrichment factors were investigated in simulated gasoline.The results showed that the optimal water assisted-DSPE for the NCs were:mixed mode cation exchange adsorbent(MCX)was the adsorbent,the pH of the aqueous solution for sample loading was 3.5,and eluent was methanol containing 1%triethylamine.Under the optimized conditions,100 mL sample was loaded,and the enrichment factors for most of the tested NCs were in the range of 70.6~88.5,and the limits of quantification were in the range of 0.25~10μg/L.The method was applied to the determination of NCs in 92#gasoline samples,and three substances,aniline,m-toluidine and N-methylaniline were found,with concentrations of 2.21,7.09,0.71 mg/L,respectively.
