摘  要:【目的】探明干旱及复水对不同观赏草生理特性的影响,为西南地区选择适栽的观赏草种类和丰富观赏草在园林景观中的应用提供依据。【方法】以奶油玉带草、矮丛薹草、金叶石菖蒲、蓝洋茅和兔尾草为试材,采用单因子盆栽控水法,测定干旱时间[1 d(CK)、8 d、16 d和22 d]和复水7 d后5种观赏草的生理特性。【结果】干旱胁迫处理不同观赏草的生理生化指标变化存在差异。叶绿素:干旱处理8~22 d,奶油玉带草和金叶石菖蒲依次为8 d>15 d>22 d,复水7 d较干旱22 d分别增加10.01%和35.50%;矮丛薹草、蓝洋茅和兔尾草分别为15 d>8 d>22 d、15 d>8 d>22 d和15 d>22 d>8 d,复水7 d较干旱22 d分别增加7.46%、2.13%和17.95%。可溶性蛋白:矮丛薹草、金叶石菖蒲和兔尾草均为8 d>15 d>22 d,奶油玉带草为15 d>22 d>8 d,蓝洋茅为22 d>8 d>15 d;复水7 d兔尾草较干旱22 d增加22.27%,奶油玉带草和矮丛薹草分别降低16.29%和39.23%,金叶石菖蒲和蓝洋茅分别显著降低60.05%和51.29%。可溶性糖:奶油玉带草为8.374~10.290 mg/g,呈先降后升趋势;矮丛薹草、金叶石菖蒲和蓝洋茅分别为9.620~15.145 mg/g、12.160~16.588 mg/g和8.053~8.794 mg/g,均呈逐渐降低趋势;兔尾草为7.575~8.861 mg/g,呈先升后降趋势。复水7 d兔尾草较干旱22 d增加4.47%,奶油玉带草、矮丛薹草和蓝洋茅分别降低2.95%、9.60%和2.22%,金叶石菖蒲显著降低20.34%。干旱处理8~22 d,奶油玉带草和蓝洋茅的PRO,矮丛薹草、金叶石菖蒲、蓝洋茅和兔尾草的POD酶,奶油玉带草和兔尾草的MDA及矮丛薹草、蓝洋茅和兔尾草的SOD酶均呈先降后升趋势;复水7 d后,矮丛薹草SOD酶达最大值,为105.419 U/g,较CK显著增加19.49%。5种观赏草抗旱性依次为矮丛薹草(0.550)>兔尾草(0.522)>金叶石菖蒲(0.508)>奶油玉带草(0.435)>蓝洋茅(0.337)。【结论】矮丛薹草的抗逆性最强,生长状况良好;蓝洋茅的抗旱性最弱,对干旱胁迫的反应最敏�【Objective】The effect of drought and re-watering treatment on physiological characteristics of different ornamental grasses is discussed to provide the scientific basis for selection and application of suitable ornamental grasses in landscape architecture in southwest China.【Method】The effect of different drought stress[1 d(CK),8 d,16 d and 22 d]and re-watering for 7 d on physiological characteristics of Phalaris arundinacea,Carex humilis,Acorus gramineus,Festuca glauca and Lagurus ovatus is studied by using a single-factor water-controlled pot culture.【Result】There are differences in different physio-biochemistry indexes among five ornamental grasses.The leaf chlorophyll content of P.arundinacea and A.gramineus under 8 d,15 d and 22 d drought stress is 8 d>15 d>22 d.The leaf chlorophyll content of P.arundinacea and A.gramineus after re-watering for 7 d increases by 10.01%and 35.50%compared with that under 22 d drought stress respectively.The leaf chlorophyll content of C.humilis,F.glauca and L.ovatus under 8 d,15 d and 22 d drought stress is 15 d>8 d>22 d,15 d>8 d>22 d and 15 d>22 d>8 d separately.The leaf chlorophyll content of C.humilis,F.glauca and L.ovatus after re-watering for 7 d increases by 7.46%,2.13%and 17.95%compared with that under 22 d drought stress respectively.The leaf protein content of C.humilis,A.gramineus and L.ovatus under 8 d,15 d and 22 d drought stress is 8 d>15 d>22 d.The leaf protein content of P.arundinacea under 8 d,15 d and 22 d drought stress is 15 d>22 d>8 d.The leaf protein content of F.glauca under 8 d,15 d and 22 d drought stress is 22 d>8 d>15 d.The leaf protein content of L.ovatus after re-watering for 7 d increases by 22.27%compared with that under 22 d drought stress.The leaf protein content of P.arundinacea and C.humilis after re-watering for 7d decreases by 16.29%and 39.23%compared with that under 22 d drought stress respectively.The leaf protein content of A.gramineus and F.glauca after re-watering for 7 d decreases by 60.05%and 51.29%compared with that under
