模糊综合风险评估法在医疗机构辐射突发事件应急中的应用

摘　　要：目的对广州市某三级甲等医疗机构核与辐射突发应急事件进行综合风险评估,旨在加强医疗机构自身风险管控及公众的安全。方法采用模糊综合风险评估方法对某三甲医疗机构进行风险分级分类管理,综合打分评估管理。结果对三级甲等医疗机构综合评估后F值为14.5496,采取综合措施后为可接受的放射性危害。结论模糊综合风险评估方法可以对医疗机构存在的核与辐射突发应急事件进行充分评判,且在考虑管理、监测、个人防护等综合因素基础上进行风险评估,提高了医疗机构自身管理水平,也为监管部门提供了参考量化管控指标,更好地保障了医护人员及公众的安全。Objective The purpose is to explore the comprehensive risk assessment of nuclear and radiation emergencies in a class III medical institution in Guangzhou,so as to facilitate the medical institution to strengthen its own risk control and public safety.Methods The fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment method was used to carry out risk classification management and comprehensive scoring assessment management for a class III medical institution.Results The F value of a class III medical institutions is 14.5496 after comprehensive evaluation,and it is an acceptable radioactive hazard after comprehensive measures were taken.Conclusion Fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment method can fully used to evaluate the nuclear and radiation emergencies existing in medical institutions.Risk assessment considering comprehensive factors such as management,monitoring and personal protection,can improve the management level of medical institutions and provide reference quantitative control indicators for regulatory authorities,and finally make a beneficial discussion on ensuring the safety of medical staff and the public.
