摘  要:脊髓损伤是一种具有破坏性和致残性的神经损伤。由于脊髓损伤病理的复杂性,迄今尚未实现脊髓损伤的完全康复。随着对干细胞的深入研究,在治疗脊髓损伤方面已经取得了一些成效。然而,细胞移植到脊髓损伤后的存活率低,阻碍了其进一步临床应用。近年来,组织工程发展迅速,生物材料可以为细胞提供良好的生存、增殖和分化的微环境,从而改善脊髓损伤的功能。本综述概述了脊髓损伤的现状,详细介绍了生物材料结合细胞移植修复脊髓损伤的研究进展,并简要讨论了其不足之处。Spinal cord injury is a devastating and disabling neurological injury. Due to the complexity of spinal cord injury pathology,complete rehabilitation of spinal cord injury has not been achieved so far. With the intensive research on stem cells,some success has been achieved in the treatment of spinal cord injury. However, the low survival rate of cells after transplantation into spinal cord injury has hindered their further clinical application. In recent years, tissue engineering has developed rapidly, and biomaterials can provide a good microenvironment for cell survival, proliferation and differentiation,thus improving the function of spinal cord injury. This review provides an overview of the current status of spinal cord injury,details the research progress of biomaterials combined with cell transplantation for spinal cord injury repair, and briefly discusses its shortcomings.
