摘 要:为了解清水江镰刀湾段的水质状况,2021年5月—7月对清水江镰刀湾段浮游植物进行调查,同时对水体理化指标进行检测,对水质进行分析。调查结果显示:水体的氨氮、亚硝酸盐、溶解氧等8项理化指标均未超标,清水江镰刀湾段符合Ⅱ类水标准。调查期间共鉴定浮游植物8门52属87种,其中硅藻门为优势门类。浮游植物密度平均3.3×104cell/L,Shannon-Wiener指数H’、Pielou均匀度指数J、Margalef丰富度指数D的平均值分别为3.08、0.81、2.52。清水江镰刀湾段5月和6月各样点均为清洁-寡污型,7月各个样点均为中污型。本次调查可为清水江镰刀湾段浮游植物研究和河流生态保护与管理提供基础资料。In order to understand the water quality of the Liandaowan section of the Qingshui River, the phytoplankton in the Liandaowan section of the Qingshui River was investigated from May to July 2021, and the physical and chemical indicators of the water body were tested and the water quality was analyzed. The investigation results showed that the eight physical and chemical indexes of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, dissolved oxygen, etc. in the water body did not exceed the standard, and the Liandaowan section of Qingshui River met the Class II water standard. During the survey, 87 species of phytoplankton belonging to 52 genera and 8 phyla were identified, among which diatoma was the dominant phyla. Average phytoplankton density was 3.3×10~4 cell/L, the average values of Shannon Wiener index H ’, Pierou evenness index J and Margalef richness index D were 3.08, 0.81 and 2.52, respectively. All the sites in Liandaowan section of the Qingshui River were clean and less polluted in May and June, and all the sites were moderately polluted in July. The survey can provide the basic data for phytoplankton research and river ecological protection and management in Liandaowan section of Qingshui River.
