摘 要:将未陈化钢渣粗集料替代碎石配制C30混凝土,对替代比例为10%、30%、50%、70%、100%的钢渣混凝土稳定性、工作性能、力学性能和抗冻性进行试验研究。结果表明:钢渣粗集料压蒸粉化率与钢渣混凝土的稳定性具有良好的线性相关性;钢渣粗集料替代碎石比例在30%及以下时,钢渣混凝土工作性能和稳定性满足要求;随着钢渣粗集料替代比例的增加,钢渣混凝土的抗压、抗折强度均比无钢渣加入时的要高;冻融后抗压强度损失率呈现先增加后减少趋势,且替代比例为50%时的钢渣混凝土抗压强度损失率最小,替代比例为30%次之,抗冻性均优于基准混凝土。C30 concrete was prepared by replacing crushed stone with uncooked steel slag coarse aggregate. The stability,workability,mechanical properties and frost resistance of steel slag concrete with replacement proportions of 10%,30%,50%,70% and 100%were tested. The results show that the autoclaved pulverization rate of steel slag coarse aggregate has a good linear correlation with the stability of steel slag concrete;when the proportion of steel slag coarse aggregate replacing crushed stone is 30% or less,the workability and stability of steel slag concrete meet the requirements;with the increase of the replacement proportion of steel slag coarse aggregate,the compressive strength and flexural strength of steel slag concrete are higher than those without steel slag;the loss rate of compressive strength after freezing and thawing shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The loss rate of compressive strength of steel slag concrete is the smallest when the replacement proportion is 50%, followed by the replacement proportion of 30%, and the frost resistance is better than the reference concrete.
