摘　　要：房间隔膨出瘤是一种少见的房间隔发育异常,病变通常位于卵圆窝水平,呈囊袋样向右心房或左心房或双心房膨出。房间隔膨出瘤常伴随其他心脏结构功能异常,并与房性心律失常、卵圆孔未闭相关的卒中、偏头痛等密切相关,本文针对房间隔膨出瘤的临床意义及治疗研究进展进行概述。Atrial septal aneurysm is a rare congenital abnormality of the atrial septum,generally at the level of fossa ovalis which protrudes into the right or left atrium or both.Atrial septal aneurysm is often accompanied with other cardiac structural and functional abnormalities and is closely related to atrial arrhythmia,stroke,migraine etc.This article summarizes the clinical significance and treatment research progress of atrial septal aneurysm.
