摘  要:兰张三四线铁路区域内的环境敏感目标对于线路走向形成了明显制约,特别是乌鞘岭越岭段,设计提出了沿既有铁路长隧道越岭方案(DK)和经安远镇短隧道越岭方案(DIK)。结合该区段线路走行方向、区域自然环境特征、环境敏感区分布等工程特点,从环境敏感性、噪声、振动、对两侧环境的阻隔影响等环境保护角度开展环保比选,推荐一条技术可行、环保合理的线路方案。经综合分析,在可充分利用既有隧道斜井及施工便道的前提下,推荐DK方案。建议设计阶段提出相应的环保选线原则,系统性地研究铁路建设对于生态环境、水环境的影响,优化选线思路。The environmentally sensitive targets in the area of the third and fourth line of Lanzhou-Zhangye railway had formed obvious constraints on the route direction, especially the Wushaoling mountain crossing section. The design proposed the long tunnel crossing plan(DK) along the existing railway and the short tunnel crossing plan(DIK) through Anyuan town. Based on the engineering characteristics of the route direction, regional natural environment characteristics and the distribution of environmentally sensitive areas in this section, the environmental protection comparison and selection were carried out from the environmental protection perspectives such as environmental sensitivity, noise, vibration and the barrier effect on both sides of the environment, and a technically feasible and environmentally reasonable route scheme was recommended. After comprehensive analysis, the DK scheme was recommended on the premise that the existing tunnel inclined shaft and construction access could be fully utilized. It is suggested to propose corresponding environmental protection route selection principles in the design stage, systematically study the impact of railway construction on the ecological environment and water environment, and optimize the route selection ideas.
