摘　　要：对于带状疱疹后神经痛的治疗,药物一直发挥着主要却不甚理想的作用,非药物干预作为辅助或替代疗法,如电刺激和重复经颅磁刺激,不仅有明显的效果,且能减少药物的不良反应,安全性及患者接受度较高,可以帮助更好地管理带状疱疹后神经痛患者。For the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,drugs have always played a major but unsatisfactory role.As auxiliary or alternative therapies for postherpetic neuralgia,non-pharmacological interventions,such as electrical stimulation and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,not only have shown favorable efficacy,but also can decrease adverse reactions to drugs with high safety and patient acceptance,and are benificial for management of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.
