摘 要:伸展蛋白(extensin,EXT)属于富含羟脯氨酸的糖蛋白(hydroxyproline-richglycoprotein,HRGP)的一类,是细胞壁中的一种结构蛋白,在植物的生长中发挥多种作用。本研究在枇杷基因组中进行了EXT基因家族的全基因组鉴定,从所有枇杷蛋白编码基因中鉴定到112个EXT序列。根据结构域的类型、特征基序的数量和信号肽的有无,将112个EXT序列分为8类,包括6个经典的EXT(classicalEXT,CEXT)、8个formin同源EXT(formin homolog(FH)chimericEXT,FHEXT)、6个富含亮氨酸重复序列的嵌合EXT(leucine-rich repeat(LRR)chimeric EXT,LRX)、14个富含脯氨酸的EXT类受体激酶(proline-rich EXT-like receptor kinase,PERK)9个短EXT(shortEXT,SEXT)、1个长嵌合EXT(longchimericEXT,LEXT)56个其他嵌合EXT(other chimericEXT,OEXT)和12个潜在EXT(potentialEXT,PEXT)。并通过保守基序分析和基因结构可视化表明具有相同分类的EXT保守基序和基因结构相似,顺式调控元件分析表明EXT家族可能在多种植物激素响应和逆境胁迫中发挥重要作用,共线性分析进一步阐明了EXT基因家族的扩增可能是由于全基因组复制事件的发生。本研究为枇杷EXT家族基因分子功能的研究提供了一个参考的方向。Extensin(EXT),which belong to a member of hydroxyproline-rich glycoprotein(HRGP),is a type of structural proteins in the cell wall that plays a variety of role in the growth of plants.In this study,the genome-wide identification of the EXT gene family in the loquat genome was performed.A total of 112 EXT genes were identi-fied from all loquat protein-coding genes.According to the type of domain,the count of motif and presence of sig-nal peptide,these 112 EXT genes were divided into eight categories which include 6 classical EXTs,8 FH EXTs,6 LRXs,14 PERKs,9 short EXTs,1 long chimeric EXTs,56 other chimeric EXTs and 12 potential EXTs.Furthermore,conserved motif analysis and cis-regulation elements prediction indicated that conserved motifs and gene structures of EXT with the same taxonomy are similar,cis-regulatory element analysis suggested that the EXT family may play important roles in a variety of plant hormone responses and stresses responses,co-linearity analysis were fur-ther elucidated that the EXT gene family expansion may be due to whole genome duplication(WGD)events.This study provides genome basics for function research of EXT gene family in loquat.
