摘 要:为了解牡丹野生资源在叶表皮微形态方面的特征及差异,为牡丹野生资源的分类提供依据,本研究利用光学显微镜(LM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对29份野生牡丹种质资源叶片的上、下表皮微形态特征进行了观察分析。结果表明:叶表皮细胞形状均为无规则形,但垂周壁式样有深波状、浅波状和波状3种,上表皮细胞长宽比2.38~4.99,下表皮细胞长宽比1.70~4.25;气孔分布在下表皮,气孔器均为无规则型,形状为椭圆形或宽椭圆形,长宽比1.18~1.55,气孔密度为162.1~331.6个/mm^(2),气孔指数8.95%~26.98%;叶表皮角质层多平滑、呈脊状突起或具颗粒状纹饰;卵叶牡丹居群1~4、稷山牡丹居群1-2、紫斑牡丹居群1~5和中原牡丹居群1叶表面具表皮毛,在叶下表皮或沿中脉集中分布。研究为牡丹组野生种植物学鉴定和分类提供了叶表皮微形态特征的基础资料。In this study, the morphological characteristics of the upper and lower epidermis of leaves of 29 wild peony germplasm resources were observed and analyzed by light microscopy(LM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The objective of which was systematic comparison and investigation to elucidate the taxonomic importance of foliar micromorphology, which may be useful to provide a basis for the classification of wild peony resources.The results showed that the shape both adaxial and abaxial epidermal cells were irregular, The anticlinal wall with sinuate, sinuolate, and sinuous. The length-width ratio of the upper epidermal cells is between 2.38~4.99, the length to width radio of the lower epidermal cells is between 1.70~4.25. All the stomatal occured in the lower epidermis, with widely oval, and oval. Stomatal length to width ratio is between 1.18~1.55. The stomatal density is162.1~331.6 Num/mm2, and the stomatal index is 8.95%~ 26.98%. Leaf epidermis cuticle is more smooth, ridged or granular ornamentation. The leaf surfaces of Paeonia qiui(population 1~4), P. jishanensis(population 1~2), P.rockii(population 1~5) and P.cathayana(population 1~5) are densely with fur and distributed in the lower epidermis or along the midvein of the leaves. This study provided basic data for botanical identification and classification of wild species in the Peony Formation on leaf epidermis micromorphological characteristics.
