摘  要:为了更真实地模拟介质对阀门内腔的压力情况,对某核安全级旋启式止回阀进行了三维流场仿真。引用流场仿真计算的压力边界结果进行单向的流固耦合计算,分析旋启式止回阀的流场特性和结构强度。基于流固耦合方法,从流场和结构两个方面对阀瓣进行优化设计,为阀瓣的设计提供参考意见。In order to more truly simulate the pressure of the medium on the inner cavity of the valve,the three-dimensional flow field simulation of nuclear safety class swing check valve is carried out,and the pressure boundary results of flow field simulation are used to carry out calculation of unidirectional fluid-structure interaction,and the flow field characteristics and structural strength of swing check valve are analyzed.Based on the fluid-structure interaction,the optimization design of the valve disc was carried out from two aspects of flow field and structure,which provided reference for the design of the valve disc.
