摘 要:针对汽轮机调节级动叶顶部对齿汽封结构,采用数值方法对汽封内部的流场结构与泄漏特性进行了仿真计算与研究。研究了汽封间隙大小、单边汽封齿数量等因素对汽封泄漏性能的影响,同时将原对齿汽封进行结构改型,并详细分析了改型下的泄漏特性。研究结果可以为设计与优化对齿汽封提供重要依据。Aiming at the opposite-tooth seal at the top of rotor blade of regulating stage of steam turbine,the flow field structure and leakage characteristics in opposite-tooth seal are calculated and studied by numerical method.The effects of seal clearance and seal teeth number on seal leakage performance were studied.At the same time,the structure of the original opposite-tooth seal is modified,and the leakage characteristics under the modification are analyzed in detail.The research results can provide an important basis for design and optimization of opposite-tooth seal.
