摘 要:以某电厂350 MW三菱TC-2F汽轮机为研究对象,针对传统“以热定电”运行模式调峰灵活性差的问题,实施了低压缸零出力供热改造。采集汽轮机低压缸零出力运行前后的运行参数,通过调整汽轮机的操作参数确定边界条件,并测试机组的热电特性。结果表明:当冷却蒸汽流量为20t/h、凝汽器真空不低于96kPa、减温喷水流量为6.7t/h时,汽轮机可在低压缸零出力工况下安全、稳定运行;此时,在相同的主蒸汽流量下、采暖抽汽流量可增多84t/h~104t/h,在相同的采暖抽汽流量下、发电功率可降低22MW~44MW。试验结果可为三菱TC-2F汽轮机的低压缸零出力改造和运行提供借鉴。Taking 350MW TC-2F Mitsubishi steam turbine of a power plant as the research object,aiming at the problem of poor flexibility of peak-adjustment in the traditional operation mode of“setting power by heat”,zero output heating retrofit of low-pressure cylinder was implemented.The operation parameters of low-pressure cylinder of steam turbine before and after zero-output operation are collected.The boundary conditions are determined by adjusting the operation parameters of steam turbine,and the thermoelectric characteristics of the unit are tested.The results show that when the cooling steam flow is 20t/h,the condenser vacuum is not less than 96kPa,and the cooling water flow is 6.7t/h,the turbine can run safely and stably under zero output condition of the low-pressure cylinder.At this time,under the same main steam flow,heating extraction flow can increase by 84t/h~104t/h;under the same heating extraction flow,power generation can be reduced by 22MW~44MW.The research results can provide reference for zero output transformation and operation of low pressure cylinder of the same type steam turbine.
