摘  要:通过对渗硼反应过程、裂纹的形成机理进行深入的试验研究分析,对比单相和双相渗硼剂的优缺点,通过大量的试验证明,采取单相渗硼剂,并控制冷却温度和速度可控制渗层厚度满足标准要求及喷嘴渗硼后不出现裂纹。对加工后待渗硼的喷嘴进行48h时效,同时控制升温速度和增加正式渗硼前的预处理,可将渗硼后喷嘴控制在较小的变形范围内,满足后续的加工和装机要求。In this paper,the process of boronizing reaction and the formation mechanism of cracks are studied.The advantages and disadvantages of single-phase boronizing agent and two-phase boronizing agent are compared.Through a large number of tests,it is proved that the single-phase boronizing agent can be used,and the cooling temperature and speed can be controlled to control the thickness of the boronizing layer to meet the requirements of the standard and the nozzle boronizing will not produce cracks.The nozzle can be controlled within a small deformation range,through aging for 48 hours before boronizing,the heating rate is controlled and the pretreatment is increased.
